Footlight Parade - review by 123movies

The film Footlight Parade 123movies is one of the best in its genre, thanks to which 104 minutes fly by instantly, leaving a pleasant aftertaste from an unexpected ending.

The cast in this film surpassed itself, they were able to subtly convey all the emotions and feelings, which is very important for such an interesting genre as Best Musical, Comedy, Music, Romance.

Among the numerous film works of 1933, it is impossible to pass by this popular film, which brought together famous actors of our time on the screen.

I have been interested in the work of Lloyd Bacon for a long time, but this film was a revelation for me, the director perfectly put together all the parts of the plot puzzle into a chic film.

Few actors would have been able to realize such a brilliant idea of the director, but Dick Powell, Guy Kibbee, James Cagney, Joan Blondell, Ruby Keeler, Ruth Donnelly proved that they are real professionals in their field.
